Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help lead our business analyst and testing teams and provide project management support as needed. You will be the glue of the organisation bringing together product, developers and testers to ensure we deliver exceptional software to our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our HRIS solutions as we expand into new markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing software testing processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in work management tools such as Azure Devops or Jira
