Description:

Fixed Term Contract, Secondment role in Administrative Support, Finance, Analytics and Reporting.
Located in Leeds - Hybrid.

WE NEED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE + EXPERTISE IN:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in financial reconciliation, ideally within the Finance/Insurance industry.
Accounting environments, with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Relevant regulations and company policies.
Understanding, analysing, and presenting large volumes of numerical data.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated, with a track record of successfully meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to determine root causes and implement solutions.

AND WOULD LOVE YOU TO KNOW OR LEARN:

How to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide group in the business, building a level of mutual trust and respect.
To take accountability for actions and remains responsible for assigned GL reconciliations.
How to use role specific programmes and systems.
