Come join the industry’s recognized top analyst relations team to lead Industry AR (Analyst Relations) and its continued evolution as a growth driver for the company. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst Relations Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. This role will have an emphasis on healthcare, as well as support other industries, such as Financial Services, Retail, and Manufacturing.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Analyst Relations, Product Management/Planning, Research, Program Management or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, communications, public relations, investor relations, or related experience.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Analyst Relations, Product Management/Planning, Research, Program Management or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, communications, public relations, investor relations, or related experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and to collaborate effectively with multiple business partners, including cross-group teams, virtual and global teams, vendors and agency partners.
- Proven track record for new innovative approaches and smart risk-taking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s products and services.Understanding of the healthcare industry and relevant technologies.
Analyst Relations IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate healthcare and industry analysts, develop plans to build and maintain relationships, and coordinate strategic engagement to help shape analyst perception on Microsoft’s vision, strategy and innovations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Engage in program management activities such as shaping agendas, orchestrating responses to analyst reports, and ensuring Microsoft is favorably and accurately represented in research.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and materials for analyst engagements, ensuring alignment and consistency in communications.
- Analyze complex information from analyst insights and ensure Microsoft stakeholders are well informed with guidance to influence business strategy, products, go-to-market plans and messaging.
- Leverage analysts and their research to empower sales teams, creating collateral and contributing to key messaging for customers.
- Manage agency supplier personnel.
