Senior Analyst, Shared Service Strategy
Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. Within Finance, Hilton Accounting and Finance Services (HAFS) manages the accounting and finance functions at both property and at corporate levels, allowing us to develop scalable globalized service provision. Under HAFS, our Centers of Excellence allow Finance and Accounting Team Members the opportunity to grow their career across the Tower process verticals adding value to our business stakeholders, suppliers, and customers alike.
As a Senior Analyst, HAFS Shared Service Strategy you will provide support to the HAFS Shared Service Strategy Director and collaborate with HAFS Governance and HAFS Finance to develop strategic initiatives. You will engage with our wider business key stakeholders to help visualize opportunities for the development and evolution of our finance share services, including modelling potential operating scenarios, supporting proof of value efforts for digitization initiatives, and assisting in business case validation.

What will I be doing?

  • Support the review of our existing Shared Services footprint, including building robust portfolio and service offering reporting
  • Be a key partner with PMO, facilitating a seamless handoff of projects for deployment.
  • Assist in the mapping our E2E customer journey for transformation projects
  • Assist with data extraction from the ERP and other peripheral systems to support data validation during business case creation
  • Collaborate with HAFS Governance and other relevant parties to understand how to evaluate the performance and required goals of each transformation project
  • Assist in updating dashboards for quarterly reporting to global shared service organisations

Required Qualifications

To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Demonstration of progressive overall experience in a related environment/field
  • Experience in project management support, strategic development and/or change management

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Experience or interest in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query)
  • Functional knowledge of the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services organization, financial systems, and processes.
  • Experience or interest in data analytics
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
