HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Provide guidance to departments (such as, clinical, sales, marketing, legal, etc.) across the entire supply chain continuum (e.g., plan, source, make and deliver) seeking to manage product flow including issues with increased complexity and with higher level of autonomy
- Assess more strategic global vendors to ensure cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities to meet Edwards requirements; identify and resolve challenging supply chain issues
- Develop and perform detailed and complex analysis to improve supply chain operations
- Develop and lead the execution of complex supply chain related projects (e.g., NPD introductions)
- Create and maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions
- Provide training and coaching to other Supply Chain team members
- Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
