Job Description
For our brand-new Transformation Office, we are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst. As an Analyst, you provide crucial support in driving the implementation of transformation programs. You add value by conducting in-depth analyses and actively contribute to the program’s implementation, and this helping to achieve Fugro’s transformation goals.
You support the Transformation Team, Business Line Directors, and Program owners by delivering data-driven insight and other support materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Transformation master plan development: You define guidelines and templates for planning and tracking of transformation programs. You gather program data and support consolidating them into a master plan;
- Performance monitoring: You assist in creating and managing measurement systems to track the progress and performance of transformation programs. You gather information and data for impact assessment and analyse data to develop transformation insights and actionable recommendations;
- Reporting & Communication: You develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress and communicate key findings to different stakeholders;
- Stakeholder Support: You collaborate with Business Line Directors, Program owners and other senior leaders and managers to ensure the successful execution of transformation strategies and plans;
- Change management: You support deployment of change management strategies into action to mitigate resistance and ensure stakeholder buy-in. You develop communication content, work closely with training and communications teams to ensure alignment and support during the transformation process;
- Process Improvement and standardization: You identify best practices and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transformation office practices.
Your track record
- You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consultancy, transformation, or related roles, with a preference for experience in MBB consulting firms;
- You have strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to generate insights;
- You have effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, presenting data and recommendations clearly and concisely;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and familiarity with transformation management or project management software tools is an advantage;
- You have a problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing solutions.
