Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Analytics & Insight Manager you will be integral to the continued high performance of all campaigns at Billion Dollar Boy.
You will take ownership of key projects as part of the Insights and Analytics team, managing day-to-day reporting, measurement solutions and larger analysis projects. You will work closely with the Client Services and Paid media teams to bring campaigns to life with in-depth analysis and insights.
Working closely with our global teams and our team at our sister agency Companion, you will have the opportunity to work on global projects with household name brands.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • 5+ years experience required
  • Influencer or social media agency experience
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (advanced data analysis & visualisation), Google Data Studio (or dashboarding in general) & SQL.
  • High level numeracy and analysis skills.
  • Experience using and working with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with using, integrating and analysing third party measurement solutions such as brand lift studies and sentiment analysis.
  • Experience with paid media preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain the technical details of data and analytics in a non-technical way to people outside the discipline.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Able to spot the signal in the noise, identifying the high value insight among the patterns in the data and translate into an actionable client recommendation.
  • Experience mentoring or managing more junior members of the team, overseeing timelines, quality of output and acting as an escalation point.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull, blend, quality control and analyse data to develop in-depth reports that provide insightful observation and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders, both at campaign and macro level.
  • Integrate first-party and third-party data to provide robust measurement solutions bespoke to the client’s needs.
  • Build and monitor dashboards with Google Sheets and Data Studio to show campaign and company performance in real time.
  • Keep up to date with social media platform analytics updates to ensure work is always at the cutting edge of our industry.
  • Build client relationships and join client calls to discuss campaigns, insights and key results.
  • Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet communicated deadlines and construct compelling insight stories using all available first and third party data.
  • Determine which metrics matter, proving causality from social metrics to business outcomes.
  • Define frameworks and implement strategies or processes to measure effectiveness and key hypotheses. Set KPIs, benchmarks, targets and forecasts to support business cases.
  • Work alongside Strategy, Client Services and Paid Media teams on UK and global campaigns.
