DESCRIPTION

Senior Anesthesia Tech at Providence St Vincent. This position is a 1.0 FTE Variable shift.
$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Prepares operating rooms and equipment for anesthesia, using appropriate techniques and following anesthesia technician guidelines. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values of the Sisters of Providence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree - Graduate of Anesthesia Technologist Program or
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Graduate of Anesthesia Technologist Program
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 4 years - Anesthesia technologist training and background. 4 - 5 years of experience inan acute care facility as an anesthesia technician/technologist and experience inmedication administration.
  • 2 years - Progressive years of Anesthesia Support/ perioperative tech experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MA-P upon hire
