Levy Professionals is recruiting for a client in the banking sector, seeking a highly skilled Senior Ansible Developer to join their technology division. This role focuses on the design, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle Exadata infrastructure in an enterprise banking environment. You’ll be responsible for developing automation solutions using Ansible and Python, ensuring efficient and secure operations that meet the high standards of the banking sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Ansible/Python Developer, preferably with expertise in Azure DevOps. Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
• Automation Proficiency: Strong experience in automating infrastructure management using Ansible and scripting with Python.
• Linux Systems: In-depth knowledge of Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux), command-line utilities, and system administration.
• Banking Context: Familiarity with banking-specific technological and security requirements.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of driving technical initiatives in a complex environment.
• Certifications: Certifications in Ansible, Azure DevOps, or Linux are highly advantageous.
• Continuous Learning: Passion for keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Automation Expertise: Leverage Ansible, Python, and scripting skills to develop and manage automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of Linux infrastructure.
• CI/CD & Azure DevOps: Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automation purposes.
• Linux System Administration: Manage and administer Linux-based systems, adhering to banking security and compliance standards.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions aligned with banking needs.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentoring & Leadership: Provide mentorship to team members on Ansible best practices and promote a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
