Are you an experienced Application Analyst with expertise in UKG systems? This is your opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining, optimising, and securing Anglicare’s UKG & PAC Systems, supporting our People & Culture and Payroll teams.
About the Role
As a Senior Application Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the UKG application is configured, integrated, and maintained to support workforce management, payroll processing, and HR data security. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to manage system enhancements, enforce security protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimise UKG systems, ensuring seamless integration with other Anglicare applications.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and security protocols.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and data integrity.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and oversee incident resolution.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to implement approved system fixes and upgrades.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Application Support or Analyst role.
  • Exposure and experience working with UKG systems, including rostering, payroll support, and business structure maintenance.
  • Experience in system security, role-based access management, and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to customise forms and workflows using JavaScript (desirable).
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification is preferred.
