OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Application Consultant to take on a leading role in delivering complex business solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for leading application implementation projects, managing client relationships, and providing high-level technical guidance. As a Senior Application Consultant, you will mentor junior consultants, ensure successful project delivery, and maintain a focus on the client’s strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application consulting, implementation, or system integration.
• Extensive experience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.) and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading projects and teams.
• Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

SKILLS

• Advanced understanding of business processes and how to integrate them with application systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of specific application platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Ability to develop detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Strong presentation and training skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Certifications in relevant applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Client Interaction : Lead client meetings to gather business requirements and present application solutions tailored to client needs.
• Solution Design : Design, configure, and customize business applications to meet client requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management : Oversee the complete lifecycle of application implementations, from planning and design to deployment and support.
• Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants, assisting them with problem-solving and complex tasks.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization : Address advanced application issues, providing solutions to optimize application performance and usability.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact between the client, business analysts, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer : Lead client training sessions and develop comprehensive training materials and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and best practices.
• Reporting and Documentation : Create detailed project documentation, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
