WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Support service operation delivery of one SOX application and several business-critical applications
• Working with Vendors and Third-Party Providers engaged in delivery of operational support for GTS applications.
• Leading through major incidents with strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of Service Now to track incidents and/or requests for reporting.
• Actioning audit request from internal and external auditors and providing evidence on time as per expected delivery date.
• Documenting the key learnings via Support Handbook and application confluence page.
• Managing risks and following through Westpac risk management practices e.g. CSA, SRA, Audits and Juno.
• Work on ideas to deliver IT process efficiency improvements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology
• Demonstrated experience in IT application development and/or support
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills in managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation
• Demonstrated experience delivering IT process efficiency improvements
• Interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Qualifications in Computer Science or relevant industry recognised certificatio
