REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
  • +5 years of experience working in IT Operations / Application Support / Support Engineer;
  • Experience in Service management, team management andreporting;
  • Understand diferent concepts in programming languages (Java and Angular);
  • Availability to travel to other locations when required;
  • Availability to work in shifts;Good level of English (at least C1).

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;
  • Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team;
  • Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required;
  • Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;
  • Improving and documenting the technical processes around application support;Installing, configuring, and administering application servers.
