Job Description
The Senior Application Support Engineer (SASE) is responsible for troubleshooting production related issues to reestablish the service according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). A SASE also supporother request related to the client operation, like configuration changes in the application, master data management, user management and client onboarding in the application. If an issue required code changes, the SASE implements code with the highest quality possible following the instructions of the requirements and thguidelines defined by the Technical architect. The SASE also proposesimprovements to the application, and mentor junior personal when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with C# and .NET.
  • 3-5 years of experience in support and troubleshooting of web applications and web services Capable of working with modern technologies and learning on the path.
  • Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service. ·
  • Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Proficiency working with API, RESTful services and web sockets.
  • Proficiency with data transfer formats and protocols popular in web applications (e.g. JSON,
