Responsibilities:

A brand new role to the organisation, the Senior Applications Analyst (M365) will play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft M365 Applications. Working with key stakeholders within the business to identify opportunities where the Microsoft M365 toolset can be implemented to drive increased collaboration, improved operational efficiencies and better compliance. You will drive productivity in AML through new technologies whilst maintaining a critical focus on data security.
You will be required to maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Applications available to AML within the licensing structure. The Senior Applications Analyst needs to constantly evaluate the applicability of new and existing application features, ensuring they align with AMLs’ goals. All research on features must be well documented in a way that allows content creators to utilise the applications effectively.
Security Compliance – The Senior Applications Analyst must stay abreast of ever-changing Information Security principles and best practices, to ensure sensitive data is safeguarded and compliance maintained.
Effective communication – You will act as a conduit between Technology and Operations; using effective communication to translate technical concepts in a clear, non-technical language, fostering collaboration and understanding.
Independence & Teamwork – A high-level of autonomy is provided to the Senior Applications Analyst. You must balance independent work with effective collaboration, to ensure multiple projects and products are managed simultaneously.
Project & Change Management – You must demonstrate experience in both project and change management to drive successful implementations and Application management.
