As a Senior Applications Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that align with business needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, Apex, Lightning web components, and integration with other systems. Flexible work hours may be required to accommodate different time zones or urgent project needs. This position may require occasional travel for project purpose and project deployments.

We are looking for a Senior Applications Technical Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

The role responsibilities include:

• Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with Business and internal teams.
• Develop custom and out of the box solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, LWC, etc.).
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development.
• Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and provide recommendations for improvements to the systems.
• Technology architecture & development.
