Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) is looking for a Senior Applied Physicist to join the team in Huntington Beach, CA.
Boeing’s global research and development team is creating and implementing innovative technologies that make the impossible possible and enabling the future of air travel, and sea & space exploration. We are engineers and technicians, skilled scientists and bold innovators. Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future!
At Boeing, we have already performed several “quantum first in the world” demonstrations – join us to be a part of the next world’s first quantum demo!
In collaboration with various partners across the research and application communities – universities, private industry, external research organizations, and government agencies – we have assembled one of the most exciting applied quantum information science visions to revolutionize the areas of sensing, networking, and communication. Learn more, here: www.boeing.com/quantum
At Boeing, we focus on understanding the fundamental quantum physics in the lab, the associated engineering needed to mature these physics concepts, and the opportunities to take quantum from the lab onto moving platforms, such as submarines, airplanes, or satellites. This exciting vision at Boeing seeks creative, motivated, and transformational thinkers and doers who want to grow as scientists, engineers, and leaders; deliver technologies; and change the future of sensing, networking, and communication.
We need your help in revolutionizing sensing, networking, and communication. If your career interests align with one or more of these tracks – fundamental physics, engineering, prototyping, applications of quantum physics, new product release, task leadership, or program management – we welcome you to grow your career at Boeing.
