Senior Architect (Hospitality Specialist)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A solid interest in prefabrication and modular construction;
2. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related programs;
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working at an architectural office; experience in a prefab company or modular projects is preferable;
4. Experience in wood and steel constructions; in-depth understanding of joint and connection details;
5. Extensive knowledge of construction materials;
6. Proficiency in using Revit.

1. Involvement in research and development of prefab components (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.), including 3D modeling and producing production drawings;
2. Spearheading the prototyping stage of the prefab components in the factory;
3. Collaborating with other members of the architecture team, as well as the interior design team, manufacturing team, and construction team;
4. Ability to assist with on-site technical issues; develop, iterate, and deliver design solutions promptly and consistently.
