Position Title: Senior Architect
Work Location/Term: Riyadh, KSA / Full-time
Supervision: Design review and Supervision, Site Management
In Absence Replaced By: Senior Project Manager / Architectural Engineer
Reports to: Construction Director

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect in large-scale infrastructure or public space projects.
• Knowledge and experience in architectural design and construction supervision within the context of international PMC contracts.
• Hands-on experience in implementing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
• Strong understanding of architectural management processes throughout all phases of project development, particularly in projects with complex stakeholder requirements.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
• Good knowledge of local building codes and standards applicable to the project.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Language Skills: English is mandatory.
• Professional Experience: 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision; Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Other Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal & written).
• Systematic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to architectural excellence.

• Review and approve architectural designs submitted by design consultants, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and local regulations.
• Supervise the execution of architectural works on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures for architectural works, including material selection, workmanship, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Serve as the primary architectural point of contact for the client, addressing concerns related to design and construction.
