Senior Architect - IT Application Architecture

As application architect for Operation area (D365FO + ISV solutions + other applications), you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the design, development, and implementation of our ERP which is D365FO + other applications related to Production, MES, PLM, Master Plan, Warehouse, Quality and Transport areas. You will work closely together with our other 4 IT architects and with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that the system meets business requirements which are global (or local legal required), scalable, and maintainable. Additionally our IT architects are responsible for maintaining the overall IT application architecture of the organization to ensure that it aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with ERP implementation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with AX2012 and/or D365FO.
• Ability to lead and transform both organizations and technology.
• Ability to transform business requirements to IT solutions.
• High capabilities of IT application markets overview. - Ability to communicate IT solutions and governance

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the design, development, and implementation of D365FO solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural plans for D365FO and related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure that the IT architecture is optimized for the organization’s needs.
• Lead technical design sessions and code reviews. - Lead system upgrade and facilitate presentation of potential new functionality for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to our applications consultants.
