Description:
We require experienced & highly competent architectural assistants. Able to prepare to make online Corenet submission to all government technical agencies, on behalf of the QP for landed house projects in Singapore.
- Integrate Architecture, Structure & M&E services plans & resolve technical conflicts;
- Prepare planning applications & other regulatory application via CORENET;
- Produce CAD drawings in the form of finishes,other schedules
- Produce & develop competent detailed plans & construction;
- Attend online meetings;
- Co-ordinating and liaising with consultants on the project team;
- Conduct regular file updates over the entire project duration
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years experience in similar role in Singapore or Malaysia, as Senior CAD Draftsmen
- Able to work with a team
- Familiar with local building regulations
- Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.
