Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a designated portion of the EMEA Account Management team that builds, and nurtures established relationships for existing IDeaS accounts, focusing on performance optimization and goal attainment.
- Determine equitable territory assignments for the designated team; set and review performance goals and establishes priorities for all reporting staff.
- Collaborate closely with the Area VP to align local strategies with regional and global objectives.
- Serve as an advisor and resource to team members and management fostering a high-performance culture through effective coaching, mentoring and development of team members in all aspects of customer relationship management skills and techniques, territory management, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborates with Sales Business Units and Marketing to ensure a client first mindset by making suggestions for process enhancements and educating their team.
- Participate with account managers and support staff in customer calls and presentations, goal identification, evaluation of account needs, and design of appropriate strategies.
- Monitor new staff during their initial training program period and evaluate their skills throughout the program based on training objectives; identifies internal training needs and makes recommendations where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of customer relationship management methodologies and practices.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to management.
- Educate on IDeaS go-to-market strategies and resources to execute local tactics to create and win opportunities for IDeaS products and solutions.
- Professionally represent IDeaS in the marketplace.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
