Currently CBRE Investment Management Germany, based in Frankfurt, is growing its logistics business. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Asset Management Analyst (m/w/d), who likes to start respectively to continue his/ her career within the Asset Management team Germany.`
The Senior Asset Management Analyst provides broad tactical and operational support to a team of asset management professionals, assists with the asset management team’s ongoing performance of multi-use properties and is accountable for the asset management of a number of logistic assets.

The Asset Management Analyst reports into the Head of Asset Management Logistics Germany and forms part of the European logistics team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in business administration and/or construction engineering (Technical) university degree, preferably supplemented by additional property-specific training. Alternatively, completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) as a property manager with relevant professional experience, preferably supplemented by additional property-specific training.
  • Relevant professional experience in the commercial property sector (preferably in the logistics sector)
  • Initial knowledge of the German property market and property law
  • Strong analytical understanding, high affinity for numbers, flair for detail and sensitivity to risk
  • Ability to recognise potential for value appreciation and implement it with the help of appropriate measures and strategies
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills combined with a professional and engaging demeanour
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility and work independently
  • Performance-orientated and entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and a passion for (logistics) assets
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent German skills (C2)
  • Very good to fluent English skills
