KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in healthcare industry, business analysis, project coordination, communications or change management are added advantages.
- 1 or more years in project management
- Inquisitive, meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and different levels of stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills desired
- Proficient in Office Productivity software suite; especially on Microsoft Excel
- Certified in Project Management (PMP) is would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Office of CMIO (Chief Medical Informatics Officer) supports CMIO projects that ensure the digital innovation and transformation journey of NUH. This includes cluster wide projects as well as national projects that requires the integration of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record or ‘NGEMR’ to ensure smooth implementation with no or minimal impact to the ground operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate with work stream and project leads to report and document on the progress and status of the various project
- Work closely with and support work stream and project leads to manage interdependencies, clear roadblocks and balance competing demands, where required.
- Develop and maintain project dashboard to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
- Ensure prompt response to matters arising and escalate issues on a timely manner.
- Prepare reports, documents and presentations and ensure that work is produced with accuracy and within timeline.
- Support the team with BAU support of Epic changes and Medical Device Integration.
- Participate in any duty as assigned by the Head of Department.
