JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or Estate Management with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in A&A projects is preferred, especially in healthcare facility projects.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Safety requirements.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D SketchUp is a plus.
