ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a high-frequency trading firm hiring a Senior Associate, Payroll and Benefits to join its HR team. This role will support the global head of payroll for the Americas and Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 7 years of HR experience in payroll and benefits
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of any well-known payroll and benefits systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities:

  • Processing regional payrolls and reconciling all regional taxes
  • Payroll auditing and approving for all payroll in the Americas, UK, Israel, The Netherlands, France, and Germany
  • Overseeing tax filing and audit processes for all regional countries
  • Vetting, reviewing, and presenting benefits opportunities within the regions
  • Supporting the US payroll and benefits systems migrations and integrations with new platforms
  • Carrying out initiatives and projects set by stakeholders and other members of the team
  • Providing analysis and proposals for regional payroll and benefits decisions using solid research methods
  • Conducting payroll and benefits orientations, seminars, and one-on-one meetings
