About the Role
As a Family Law Attorney , you will represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support modifications, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law cases.
Manage a diverse caseload while delivering high-quality client service.
Draft, review, and file legal documents , conduct thorough legal research, and negotiate settlements.
Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients during emotionally sensitive cases.
Qualifications
Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
5+ years of recent experience in family law, with a strong background in litigation.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-stakes, emotionally charged cases with professionalism and care.
