THE OPPORTUNITY

The focus of this role will be to contribute to the strategy, planning and execution of the firm’s Go to Market activities, supporting executives in managing and activating accounts, positioning EY solutions in the market and coordinating strategic programs in customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely across all service lines, typically with account teams, executives and partners.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account management, supporting the Global Client Service Partner and the account team, applying EY methodologies
- Support for the annual revenue planning process, coordinating the collection and compilation of objectives per account
- Support for the pipeline management process
- Support for the preparation and execution of the global go-to-market strategy
- Support for the preparation of proposals, both in terms of content and image, ensuring compliance with the specifications received
- Support in the preparation of go-to-market initiatives and materials – brochures to support meetings, presentations and decks for clients, internal presentations and support in the preparation of thought leadership materials
- Support for the planning and execution of go-to-market plans for the different Service Lines and Segments, in line with their commercial objectives
- Participation in meetings with clients
- Coordination of Client Experience activities, including assessment of client satisfaction (contact and follow-up of the process with executives, local and global partners of the firm)
- Support in the creation and internal dissemination of sectoral information and other content
- Support in the regular updating of institutional decks for internal and external use
- Preparation of content and applications for events
- Participation and support in the creation and design of new initiatives
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- Academic training in Management, Economics or similar financial areas
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles related to Business Development
- Good understanding of global business trends
- Ability to understand clients’ business strategies and purchasing processes, as well as the EY solutions relevant to them
- Excellent writing skills and taste, being able to produce creative content
- Proficiency and enjoyment of using PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of PowerBI and Mural will be valued
