Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Assist in driving, creating, and executing the Enterprise-wide strategy for Client Service.
Conduct analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or operational planning activities.
Independently apply processes and procedures to gather, organize and review operational data/metrics; analyze and synthesize the data and compiling it into reports or presentations.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with technical and business staff across Client & Enterprise platforms. Develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and an eye for detail are a must.
Ability to grow within the role – develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients.
The ability to establish relationships with diverse individuals and working styles, in the context of a global company with colleagues from different cultures.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
