We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Lead to join our Wealth Solutions Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Working with external clients to address and resolve day-to-day operational and technical queries
Applies developed communication skills to deliver high quality service in resolving client inquiries over the phone and via email.
Uses understanding of BNY products, services and client portal to best answer client inquiries and provide solutions to resolve client issues.
Coordinate efforts with various internal and external parties to provide issue resolution
Using in-depth industry knowledge and experience to help identify and streamline operational efficiencies to improve the client experience

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Client Service experience in Financial Services
Strong analytical and communication skills
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
