POSITION SUMMARY
To assist in the implementation of the compensation and benefits processes in line with the business requirements and plans, in order to maintain an optimum and sustainable organization structure for KAPSARC, utilize and allocate workforce efficiently, and retain talent, so that KAPSARC meets its business and operational objectives.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. With 4-7 years of relevant experience or
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. With 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification such as CIPD/ SHRM/ SPHR is highly preferable
