Description:
In this existing role, the incoming hire will assist the Deputy of Corporate and Trustee Markets wider team in the delivery of 1st class client outcomes and maintenance of the WBS business line achieve profitability in line with the Corporate & Trustee Dealing business case whilst maintaining excellent service quality and operational robustness.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will assist the Deputy of CTM and wider team in the evolution of the business growth ensuring a relentless client focused and risk approach for all WCTM clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience and knowledge of Corporate & Trustee Markets, as well as the ecosystem Winterflood Business Services division operates within
- Evidenced ability to foster a strong positive culture (inclusive of the achievement of D&I objectives) aligned to the overall Company culture within a division or significant department
- Track record of delivery and setting high performance standards; clear focus and commitment to driving great customer outcomes, profitability and shareholder value
- Proven ability to maintain a strong risk management and control framework throughout a significant market making or related department, inclusive of the ability to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks and the offsetting controls
- Strong focus on the generation of ethical revenue and cost management
- Working knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and requirements that apply to Corporate & Trustee Markets
- Evidenced ability to build relationships and effectively represent the Company and Group externally across a range of audiences, inclusive of analysts, investors and regulators

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver the WBS Corporate & Trustee Markets (“CTM”) client requirements as directed by the Head of CTM
- To assist the Head of CTM in the production of proposals, client onboarding and system enhancement to further the CTM client offering
- To assist the Deputy of CTM and wider team in the maintenance and develop of client relationships over the long term, conducting service meetings to discuss monthly management information, product development and client feedback on beneficial enhancements to service and overall satisfaction with current CTM service
- Arrange and oversee CTM Client requests whereby the client may wish to transfer assets on and off of the platform
- Oversee Operational processes ensuring timeliness and accuracy of processes for CTM clients
- To actively participate in CTM related projects inclusive of client pitches, onboarding, service charges, third party support changes, working closely with WBS and Winterflood teams, where appropriate
