Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, summarizing and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements; ensure that the reported results comply with Chile GAAP and IFRS.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of Accounts Payable vendor invoices and internal expenses in line with the firm’s policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating the calculation, payment and reporting of relevant monthly taxes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Auditing accounts to ensure compliance with regulations; coordinates with auditors and provides needed information for the quarterly and annual external audit, internal audits, IRS audits and any other related with the department activities.
  • Performing other related duties as necessary or assigned.
