Senior Associate/Counsel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior project lawyer with extensive experience in infrastructure and energy related projects.
The successful candidate will have a practice focussed on oil, gas, LNG, and energy renewables.

Key credentials / experience include:

• Singapore, England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction qualified with strong academic credentials (minimum 8PQE)
• Cross-border and emerging markets transactional experience
• Confident to deliver the scope of work detailed above in the role overview
• Project management skills including the ability to work autonomously, managing resources within the team and effectively managing multiple and competing priorities
• Extensive experience in legal drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Depth of experience in advising on all aspects of energy development projects and transactions
• Driven and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, focusing on delivering valued commercial and practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Able to maintain tact and diplomacy, exhibit sound judgement, build trust and maintain confidentiality
