We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Pershing Marketing Demand/Lead Generation to join our Market and Wealth Services marketing team. This role is located in New York, NY/ Jersey City, NJ – Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Implement tactics supporting brand awareness and client relationship-building or prospecting.
Contribute to executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Actively seek input from the business to make timely and well-informed decisions, shaping insights and thought leadership into winning strategies. Promote a sense of urgency that establishes individual accountability.
Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external clients to align thinking on strategic objectives, acting as a creative agency for the business, and fostering an environment of trust.
Position the business as an industry leader in relevant segments by managing collaboration between product and sales, as well as other cross-divisional teams, in support of business plans and corporate goals.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Energetic innovator and strong creative writer with diverse skill sets, sound judgement and strong points of view who can take initiative to put creative ideas into motion.
Proven experience building and executing innovative, multichannel marketing and communications programs and initiatives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels
Comfortable using data and metrics to measure impact, recommend improvements and optimize program performance
Highly organized with proven end-to-end program management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and execute flawlessly with great attention to detail
Experience in planning and implementing integrated marketing and communications campaigns
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of related experience
