JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our dynamic team to navigate complex risk landscapes and fortify technology governance, making a pivotal impact in our firm’s robust risk strategy.
As a Senior Associate - Executive Content in Cybersecurity Technology & Controls, you will supporting end-to-end management, ideation and strategy delivery of executive content to firm’s most senior level governance committees. you will play a significant role in storyboarding content and transforming ideas and concepts into clear concise presentations for the most senior level audiences. Additionally, you will assist in the timely delivery of content through managing logistics and tools used to capture the forward calendar of content deliverables.
You will understand the core components of financial services, cybersecurity or risk management. The candidate should have superior attention to detail, with an understating of what level of detail is appropriate to effectively distill, challenge and influence messaging. The Associate will have the opportunity to hone their problem solving, communications and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Obtain formal knowledge with 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk and compliance, information security, or a related field.
- Experience in risk identification, assessment, and control evaluation, with a strong understanding of industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices
- Point of contact for governance and secretary teams for operating committee an board committees
- Manage a strategic planning for executive content and ensure alignment with overall and GT strategic priorities and organizational objectives
- Assist in the planning and execution of executive content - includes maintaining a forward- looking calendar calendar of governance forums, potential topics, overseeing meeting logistics/material distribution, and working directly with senior stallholders.
- Experience in organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines y
- Assist team’s Executive Director in storyboarding content and transforming ideas and concepts into clear concise presentations for the most senior level audiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or other industry-recognized risk certifications
