As a Senior Associate some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Running client engagements from start to finish, including planning, execution, directing and reporting
  • Preparing or reviewing work papers and drafts of the financial statements
  • Producing client deliverables, specifically drafting reports for management review
  • Taking a part in audit planning discussions to identify audit risks and devise an appropriate audit strategy
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring associates and interns on audit process
  • Utilizing artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and data visualizations
  • Proactively engaging with clients while offering strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Staying acquainted to industry trends through regular professional development activities

  • 3-4 years of External Audit experience in a top international firm
  • Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
  • Speaking Turkish is mandatory
  • Strong experience auditing Insurance companies
  • Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong technical accounting skills, confident in IFRS
  • Experience with group audits is key to success
  • Ability to supervise staff and lead projects
  • Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed
