We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Conversions - OPS General Management to join our Accounting Operations team. This role is located in Wrocław hybrid.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Participate in accounting conversions of BNY clients from legacy systems to strategic platforms and operating models.
Participate in new business onboarding and conversions projects.
Collaborate across a global team of professionals focused on timely execution of fund accounting conversions.
Drive the development and deployment of strategic tools designed to support client onboarding.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Third level degree.
Fund accounting operations experience preferable.
Fund accounting conversion experience beneficial.
Client facing and stakeholder management.
Project management
