JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

You are part of the Digital Experience team, within the PwC Switzerland’s IT department. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and communication skills to enhance the digital experience for our end users.

Your Impact :

  • D evelop and enhance business relationships through effective communication and collaboration with our stakeholders.
  • C ommunicat e the newest changes and development of our IT department and e xecute marketing activities to promote IT services and initiatives to our business.
  • Build a bridge between our business units and our IT department.
  • De fine strategies to align IT initiatives with marketing and communication goals.
  • Create engaging and informative content for the company’s intranet, including news updates, communications, and tips & tricks.
  • Drive our business IT champions group to strengthen the relationship .
  • S upport IT project s , by managing communication and change management activities.
  • C reate and o ffer guidelines on communication strategies and best practices to your colleagues to improve the overal l effectiveness.

Your Skill Set :

  • D egree in marketing & communications or business administration (EFZ, Bach elor or similar) .
  • E xcellent in organizing and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • P roficient in creating engaging content for various platforms.
  • L ike to be exposed within the firm and connect with stakeholders on different level s of the organization.
  • E xperience in communicating through different channels and with different technologies, such as newsletters, pop-up stands, videos and townhal l presentations.
  • " C an do” attitude and willingness to take over responsibility from day one .
  • Fluency (spoken & written) in English and German ; French would be an advantage .
  • A n eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
