Reporting to the Manager, Job Evaluation & Architecture, the Senior Associate, Job Evaluation & Architecture is responsible for assessing jobs across OMERS and Oxford and supports the implementation of job architecture initiatives while working in partnership with HR partners and business leaders. In this position you will work with a broad range of global business teams in a dynamic environment. You are someone with knowledge and experience evaluating jobs and have a solid understanding of job architecture and organizational design .
This role is ideal for someone with prior direct experience conducting formal job evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
3+ years’ experience evaluating jobs across a variety of industries and functions
Solid understanding of job architecture and ability to independently provide internal stakeholders with guidance and sound advice
Experience using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology considered an asset
Experience using Korn Ferry Architect and Korn Ferry Success Profiles is considered an asset
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
Experience with SharePoint
Workday HCM functional experience is an asset
Ability to create business presentations in PowerPoint
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, analytical, reliable, pro-active, and resourceful
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities:
Conduct job evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology utilizing Korn Ferry Architect and Korn Ferry Success Profiles
Complete job evaluation recommendations with supporting rationale
I dentify and clarify relationships to benchmark jobs across the organization to ensure effective job evaluation
Provide support and advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders on job evaluations, the process and requirements
Implement job architecture initiatives with accuracy and a sense of urgency
Maintain thorough record keeping and consistent job documentation in OMERS systems and platforms including Workday and Korn Ferry Architect
Analyze HR data to provide insights and support standardized data audits and reporting
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and address business issues
Research external trends and industry benchmarks and share with program owners
Contribute to presentations for various business stakeholders, including senior leaders
Participate in other projects and initiatives as required
