We are seeking a committed individual to join the equities operational team to support the daily reconciliation process and operational control reporting. The candidate needs to be attentive to details with data integrity mindset who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself in operational efficiency area.

Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to ensure all prospects and clients are contacted, primarily by phone, using Salesforce CRM to manage your daily tasks.
  • Reconnect with dormant or inactive clients through outbound calls to boost engagement and sales.
  • Take part in client acquisition activities like in-person events, seminars, and webinars to grow your client base.
  • Develop and execute a contact strategy aimed at driving optimal client activation.
  • Have a solid understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitors to confidently engage with clients.
  • Be familiar with the onboarding process and deposit/withdrawal procedures to provide clients with a smooth experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact, educating and guiding clients, while answering any questions about the platform and products.
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Success in this role will be measured by the number and quality of client interactions, as well as client activation rates, including account funding and trading activities.
