BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, performance technology, or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Demonstrated excellence with standard IT tools as Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, using good judgement, and managing complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent (verbal and written) in English.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES:
- M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Adult Learning, or related experience/education
- Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification or continued education in learning and performance
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating training sessions, including the ability to engage participants, manage group dynamics, and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Experience with Lilly’s Learning Management System, SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of and/or experience in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of LRL business and structure.
- Demonstrated ability to scope and lead projects.
- Demonstrated success in influencing without authority.
- Effective problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve business and organizational problems
