BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, performance technology, or relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Demonstrated excellence with standard IT tools as Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, using good judgement, and managing complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent (verbal and written) in English.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES:

• M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Adult Learning, or related experience/education
• Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification or continued education in learning and performance
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating training sessions, including the ability to engage participants, manage group dynamics, and ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Experience with Lilly’s Learning Management System, SuccessFactors.
• Working knowledge of and/or experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of LRL business and structure.
• Demonstrated ability to scope and lead projects.
• Demonstrated success in influencing without authority.
• Effective problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve business and organizational problems
