BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field.
  • 4 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in marketing
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) and events as needed (15%)
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • B2B marketing experience with a professional services firm, law firm or corporation is highly desired.
  • Superior communication including writing, speaking and listening
  • Excellent, concise and persuasive business writing skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advance knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, email and event management platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Cvent, Splash), client relationship systems (e.g., Salesforce), and design software (e.g. InDesign, Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Decisiveness and excellent use of independent judgement
  • Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

The position will report to and work closely with the Forensic & Litigation Consulting Segment marketing team and the Dispute Advisory Services leadership team in North America to support our marketing efforts and product business priorities and growth. This role requires expertise in executing B2B marketing campaigns and supporting all aspects of day-to-day marketing for the product.
You will become a subject matter expert within the product and have awareness and understanding of the product’s solutions, experts, marketing opportunities and trends to inform and support the product’s growth. You will develop a specialization in our practitioners’ expertise and a clear understanding of business growth opportunities, buyer insights, competitor activity and relevant market trends.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong analytic and communication skills, sound judgement, and a dedication to learning about new offerings and industries and the challenges our clients face. A background in B2B or account-based marketing is preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product/practices and the competitive position of products/practice group through extensive internal and external research.
  • Create awareness of our experts in market through professional eminence, including social media, thought leadership, speaking engagements and awards.
  • Work with practitioners to build success stories and maintain an internal library of case studies.
  • Contribute content for internal communications for the practice and assist in building a cohesive and well-informed practice.
  • Work with product and segment marketing team to develop an annual marketing plan and budget to support the product’s growth and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain all go-to-market toolkit elements, including collateral, pitch decks, service sheets and content.
  • Assist in developing and managing content and collateral for the product (e.g., case studies, website content, bios, brochures), ensuring market trends are reflected in value proposition and positioning.
  • Support evaluation and execution of sponsored and hosted events.
  • Pursue awards for practitioners and practice.
  • Contribute to segment and firm-wide marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Track and report on planned communications, thought leadership, events and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify thought leadership topics and support development and publishing.
  • Serve as an ambassador for FTI Consulting’s brand standards within the product.
