The Commercial & Property Litigation team act for PLCs and high net worth clients and due to expansion are looking to recruit a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years’ pqe in our Bishop’s Stortford office.
The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic commercial & property litigation team and be capable of managing a wide range of challenging and complex matters, preferably with experience in both commercial property litigation and commercial litigation.
You will also be familiar with different forms of ADR and able to work in a collaborative environment, taking a client-centred approach.
You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars, writing articles, and attending networking events.
