Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to oversee and manage our global strategic projects. This role is an integral part of the HR team, and you’ll play a pivotal role in driving improvements to our employee experience, creating tangible impact across our global business.
Reporting to the Global HR Director you will be responsible for HR project activity associated with the HR function and major business change programmes, as well as owning and delivering on a number of BAU activities. Working closely with the HR team, you’ll be delivering projects that improve the employee experience, and play a key role in facilitating the delivery of our people strategy.
You’ll be comfortable bringing people together to deliver projects and have a good understanding of global HR process and best practice with the employee and the business needs always in mind. You must be confident in managing projects, be adept at interpreting complex concepts and presenting them back to key stakeholders and have experience of major change programmes in complex organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Projects: Support Global HR Director by leading on key strategic people projects and its delivery
- HR Operations Management: Oversee the HR operations for the UK & Europe, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company policies.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business and our people providing coaching on multi-discipline HR policies and processes.
- Talent Management: Implement and manage talent solutions including performance management, career development, succession planning, and training.
- People-First Approach: Demonstrated ability to implement HR initiatives with a focus on employee experience
- Organizational Culture: Strengthen Acuiti Labs’ culture by driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational pride.
- Talent Development & Recruitment: Oversee recruitment strategies, manage talent development initiatives, and support managers with people-related matters.
- Employee Relations: Support managers in building strong teams, fostering a positive social climate, and managing employee relationships.
- Payroll & Compensation: Supervise payroll processes, wage management, and other personnel-related payments.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in HR roles and/or project management roles within fast-paced international environments
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Recruitment & Scaling: Experience in scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts
- Legal Knowledge: Good knowledge of UK and European Law; some knowledge of labour laws of US and India would be beneficial.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential
- Change Management: Experience in leading change and implementing new HR initiatives
- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in working with HR data and analytics
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stakeholder Management: Effective at managing relationships with various stakeholders
