We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Portfolio Management Oversight to join our Fund Management team. This role is located in Luxembourg and is HYBRID.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

In this role you’ll provide Investment Oversight of delegated Investment Management services and provide assurance to regulatory responsible individuals of the ongoing performance of those delegations in line with CSSF Circular 18/698, and the framework in place at the group. We oversee the implementation of policy, strategy and performance, of the investment platform on which products are managed and report to the Boards and internal committees on an ongoing basis.
Use Investment Management industry, regulatory and organisational knowledge to support ongoing review and assessment of the performance of delegated Investment Management activities across the managers used by the group for UCITS, MMF’s and AIFS
Collaborate with Investment Oversight/Performance/Risk colleagues and key partners to improve and develop, formalise Investment Oversight activities
Present to internal governance committees, boards, auditors
Stay up to date with standard methodologies, industry changes and trends that may impact the team activities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Excellent understanding of Investment Management across UCITS
Knowledge of Management Company regulations, such as CSSF circular 18/698,
Excellent attention to detail
knowledge of Luxembourg and European regulatory frameworks,
Excellent analytical, administrative and organisational skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work optimally as part of a cross functional team
Team orientated personality
Self-motivated with an ability to learn new skills and work on own initiative
Strong skills in MS Office 2010: Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint
Proficient in English,
