Hays are currently working with a top tier Investment firm based in Dharan and they are growing their investment division. This company has a fantastic reputation and they partner with best-in-class investment firms and directly invest in debt, equity, and real assets on behalf of managed funds and portfolios.
The Senior Associate will be fully involved in the deal lifecycle from identifying investment opportunities, conducting DD, determining the value of the target company, conducting high level financial modelling, supporting with post acquisition strategy to improve performance and take the company through IPO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-rated University
• MBA or CFA highly desirable
• 5 - 8 years of Private Equity or Public Equity experience
• Experience in local market preferred
• Must speak fluent Arabic
