A prestigious private equity firm specializing in mid-market technology and financial services investments is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Frankfurt team. This role will support the investment process from deal sourcing to execution, with an emphasis on financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with deal sourcing, financial modelling, and conducting due diligence.
• Prepare presentations and investment memorandums for the investment committee.
• Conduct industry research and provide strategic insights for portfolio companies.
• Work alongside senior partners to structure and negotiate deals.

Essential Experience

• At least 4-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with the technology and/or financial services sectors.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, economics, or business.
• CFA , ACA , or CPA (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
