A leading alternative investment manager are looking to further expand their real estate investment team in Dubai. We are looking for Real Estate Investment professionals with Pan European Real Estate Investment or Fund Management experience. You will have experience of dealing with SWF’s or Institutional investors rather than Family Offices and advise the business on; Specialized RE fund management. Fund performance monitoring. Joint venture management. Portfolio valuation. Covenant risk analysis. Investor reporting. ESG reporting. Investment underwriting. Market research and investment due diligence. We are primarily focused on speaking to real estate investment executives with expert knowledge and understanding of either the European Hospitality and/ or Residential Real Estate sector across European and maybe, North American markets. First class degree, CFA part or fully qualified and at least 5 years experience of Real Estate Investment or Portfolio Management.
