We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Residential Mortgage Operations to join our Mortgage Control and Oversight team within Wealth Management. This role is HYBRID, and can be in Pittsburgh, PA or Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Principal point of contact for all internal and external audits and exams, including remediation items.
Monthly review and validation of the third party quality assurance report results (10% of originated loans). If the exception is valid, the Control and Oversight team determines a course of action to remediate the exception. If the exception is not valid, a member of the Mortgage Control and Oversight team works with the third party vendor to clear the finding(s).
Flood review for all originated and loan portfolio for accurate reporting, accurate coverage, flood map changes, flood notice review through review of DMI and SPS
Encompass issues including TILA RESPA timing issues.
Review and submission of the HMDA LAR.
Quality Assurance review of active loans (10% of application) to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and identify any significant issues and to identify Mortgage Banking Associate and Closer training needs.
KPI and Issue tracking and reporting.
Encompass Data Changes
The Mortgage Control and Oversight team is also responsible for the preparation, submission and accuracy of the FR Y14 Regulatory Reporting, FHLB Pittsburgh and FRB Cleveland Mortgage Loan monthly pledges and the quarterly FICO, Reg O and Transfer Pricing files.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Mortgage regulations experience is required
Quality Assurance and Control in mortgage experience is required
Ability to prepare and review regulatory reporting is desirable
